American Express Middle East launches its Shop Small campaign in the UAE, Qatar and Bahrain

American Express Middle East has announced the expansion of its Shop Small campaign across the UAE, Qatar and Bahrain, encouraging Card Members to shop at small merchants and support their local communities.

The Shop Small initiative highlights American Express Middle East’s ongoing commitment to supporting small businesses by incentivising Card Members to shop locally and help drive meaningful local economic impact.

In the UAE, the Shop Small campaign is launching for the first time, running from January 12 to March 12, 2026. During this period, American Express Card Members will receive a statement credit of AED 20 when they spend AED 50 or more at participating Shop Small businesses.

In Qatar, the Shop Small campaign is running for the third time, from December 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026. During this period, American Express Card Members will receive a statement credit of QAR 20 when they spend QAR 50 or more at participating businesses.

In Bahrain, where the Shop Small campaign is running for the fourth time, the initiative will continue until January 31, 2026. During this period, American Express Card Members will receive a statement credit of BHD 2 when they spend BHD 5 or more at participating merchants.
